The Annual General Meeting of the Warwick District Football Association Incorporated will be held on the Friday 8th December 2023. The meeting will be held at the Warwick Golf Club starting at 6:00pm
The Annual General Meeting
The business to be transacted at the general meeting shall be:
Management committee reports – President
The receiving of the Management Committee’s report and the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages,
charges and securities affecting the property of the Association for the preceding financial year;
Receiving of the Auditors Report
Election of the following office Bearers:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Committee Member
Appointment of Auditor for 2024
All applications for Management Committee positions shall be submitted to the secretary in writing in the required format no later than 14 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. The nomination form is are available below for download.

To be eligible to vote, you must be a current registered member of the “Warwick District Football Association.”
