2025 SEASON KICK-OFF
Warwick District Football Association 2025 Registration are open.
Warwick District Football Association provides soccer for all ages. Our Junior competition is mixed gender and commences in school term 2. All games are played on Saturday mornings at Queens Park, Warwick.
Children ages 5-12 play small sided games (MiniRoos) in which the team numbers and rules are adjusted for the age group in which they play.
Children age 13-16 play by FIFA rules.
Children turning 4 years we call our “CUBS” and participate in a fun program that involves learning skills of the game and playing small sided games on a Saturday morning.
The W.D.F.A. also supports Senior Mens & Womens teams playing in the FQ Darling Downs Toowoomba League. In 2025 WDFA is entering Senior Mens (FQPL3), Womens, U23 Mens and U16/17 teams.
If you are a senior player (16+) please contact the club for more information. Training for all Senior teams begins early in the New Year in preparation for March season kick-off.

HOW TO REGISTER [Excluding CUBS – Players turning 4 years]
Registrations is online and is a DOUBLE STAGE process through “Squadi” and “Play football”
First you will need to register to the club via “Squadi.” At the end of your “Squadi” registration and payment of fees you will be prompted to the “Play Football” system to pay the Football Australia registration fees. (Refer Schedule of Fees Above).
EXISTING PLAYERS: If you played in previous years you will already have a “Squadi” profile and a “Play Football” profile linked to your previous registration EMAIL. [Use password reset functions if required to claim your profiles]
It is highly recommended that you CLAIM and/or LOGIN to your “Play Football” profile BEFORE starting the “Squadi” registration process to ensure a seamless experience. Information on how to CLAIM your profile can be found at the following link; https://bit.ly/PlayFootball-HowToClaim
NEW PLAYERS: If you are new to the game you will be required to create a new profile in both “Squadi” and “Play Football” by following the prompts during registration.
STEP 1: Register via “Squadi” (Club Registration & Payment of Fees)
“Squadi” is the Football QLD (FQ) competition management and payments processing platform. During registration you will be required to find our club registration packages and pay the Club, Competition & FQ fees. At the end of the “Squadi” registration and fee payment you will be directed to “Play Football,” for STEP 2 of registration.
STEP 2: Play Football Registration (Football Australia Registration & Payment of Fee)
Upon completion of “Squadi” registration and payment you are required to login to “Play Football” and register and pay the Football Australia component of fees. [You should automatically be prompted to “Play Football” after your “Squadi” registration is complete]
NOTE: Apple iOS devices currently have “Application Error” issues during “PLAYFOOTBALL” payment stages. It is therefore recommended to do this part using either a desktop PC or Android or other device.
NOTE: It is mandatory that both registration steps are completed before participation is allowed.

“SQUADI” – COMPETITION MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
“Squadi” is a competition management and payments processing platform integrated by Football Queensland.
All Teams, Draws, Ladders, Coaching and Player communications can be preformed through the “Squadi App”. Using “Squadi” we hope to provide a better matchday experience and greater access to information in the palm of your hand for all players, parents, coaches and spectators.

Fair Play Vouchers ($200)
W.D.F.A. is a QLD Government registered FairPlay Activity Provider.
Fairplay Vouchers can be used at the checkout in Squadi during your registration by selecting “+Add Government Voucher” and entering the unique voucher code.
NOTE: CURRENT FAIRPLAY VOUCHER ALLOCATIONS ARE EXHAUSTED. THE NEXT ROUND WILL OPEN IN A FEW MONTHS WHICH CAN BE REDEEMED AND REIMBURSED AT THAT TIME
Parents, carers or guardians can apply to the QLD Government for a voucher valued at $200 for their child, which can be used towards registration fees.

NOTE: Vouchers become available in two (2) rounds per calendar year. Follow the QLD Government websites for details. WDFA aims to makes public reminder announcements to its members at the time of voucher round openings.

Coaches will require to obtain a Blue Card Number by creating an online account from the following; http://bit.ly/WDFABlueCardApp
Applications are Free for volunteers. You will need to provide your Blue Card Number to a club representative once successfully obtained.
